Rethinking  some of our beliefs can be helpful.  I think "positive thinking" can be as extreme as "negative thinking."  I prefer a balance.  Human emotions are normal.  How we respond to our feelings is important. This is a new blog.  There seems to be quite a lot of unhelpful thinking in the world.  Some people do not listen to what I think, because it goes against their grain.
